Shipping & Processing

We’re a small business with a big heart, and every piece—especially our handcrafted orders—is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our studio. Here’s what to expect once you place your order:


Order Processing

  • In-Stock (“Ready to Ship”) Items:

    • Processing time: 3–5 business days

    • Starts when you check out; does not include weekends, holidays, weather delays, or USPS transit time.

  • Custom & Personalized Lux Pieces:

    • Processing time: 1–2 weeks

    • These items are made to order; timelines likewise exclude weekends, holidays, weather delays, and USPS transit time.


 Tracking Your Package

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number at the email or phone number provided at checkout.

  • Please note: You’re responsible for tracking your package after it ships. If you don’t receive your tracking number within the processing window, reach out to us right away.


Delivery Time

  • After shipment, allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery via USPS.

  • These estimates do not account for federal holidays, severe weather, or other USPS-required delays.


Shipping Rates

  • All orders ship via USPS. 

Packages in Transit & Shipping Delays

We know it’s frustrating when a package doesn’t arrive on time. Shipping delays can happen for many reasons, including:

  • Weather events

  • Peak‐season or holiday volume

  • Carrier logistics or route changes

For the most up‐to‐date status, please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number—they’ll be able to help you with next steps.


Incorrect Shipping Details

To avoid misdelivered packages, please double-check all shipping information before you place your order:

  • Recipient name

  • Street address, apartment or suite number

  • City, state, ZIP code

  • Email address

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number at the email provided at checkout. Please note:

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or misplaced due to incorrect shipping information entered at purchase.

  • We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by USPS but not received, or for stolen packages.

  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, you’ll be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
