We’re a small business with a big heart, so please note that all of our pieces—and especially our handcrafted orders—are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition, and we hope you love it as much as we loved creating it!
Ordered the wrong size?
It happens! We’re happy to exchange or resize your piece. Please email us at luxmadeinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery—before you ship the item back—so we can give you the return instructions. If we’re out of stock, you’ll receive store credit. To qualify for an exchange or resize, items must be unused and in their original condition. A re shipping fee will apply.

Resizing Stretch Pieces
We understand that natural stretching can occur over time, and we’re here to help! We offer resizing for stretch pieces within one year of delivery. Please note that this service does not cover the replacement of defective or broken pieces, or missing charms. A resizing fee will apply, which may vary depending on your order.
